Exciting Opportunity for an Evening Pharmacist 13-Week Temp to Perm

Are you ready for a dynamic and rewarding pharmacy role? Our client is expanding rapidly, having doubled in volume, which means they re looking for a dedicated pharmacist to join their busy team on the 2nd Shift (12:00 PM 8:00 PM).

What You ll Do:

• Lead a team of pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure smooth operations, from data entry and workflow management to pharmacy area security and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Manage the ordering and prepacking process performed by pharmacy technicians.
• Screen medication orders to ensure the correct dosage, no drug interactions, allergies, or contraindications.
• Help with the proper handling, receiving, storage, and documentation of controlled substances, and ensure a perpetual inventory of Schedule II drugs.

What We re Looking For:

• A clear and active Ohio pharmacy license.
• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a strong plus!
