Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
• Monday Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure efficient workflow and data accuracy.
• Monitor pharmacy operations, ensuring security, compliance, and timely medication deliveries.
• Review and verify new medication orders, screening for appropriate dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Oversee the ordering and prepacking of medications by pharmacy technicians.
• Manage controlled substances, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs.

Requirements

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
