Location: Taunton, MA
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 2:30 PM
Environment: Long-Term Care (LTC) & Mail Order Pharmacy

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist for a 4-week assignment in Taunton, MA, with the potential for an extension. This role is ideal for a pharmacist looking to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Mail Order pharmacy setting during daytime hours.

Primary Duties:

• Provide pharmacy services within a LTC and Mail Order setting.
• Process and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
• Offer medication counseling and ensure proper patient education.
• Manage medication storage and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience is required.
• LTC or Retail Pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Must have an active Massachusetts Pharmacy License.
