Pharmacist - Full Time - Benefits Offered

RPh on the Go is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist with inpatient hospital and strong clinical experience to join our healthcare team in Indiana. The ideal candidate will hold an active Indiana pharmacy license and possess a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

Shift: M-F- Variable shifts: 6:30am - 3pm; 7am - 3:30pm, 3 - 11:30pm, 3pm - 12am, and possible 11pm - 7am (only if needed). Rotating every other weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications and provide clinical consultations in an inpatient hospital setting.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes through effective medication management.
Monitor patient therapies and provide drug-related education to medical staff and patients.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications:
Inpatient hospital experience required.
Strong clinical experience essential.
Active Indiana pharmacy license.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
