Pharmacist Hospital Inpatient
Location: Winamac, IN
Terms: Direct Hire, Full Time (30 hours/week)

Shift:

• Full-time, with weekend rotation required
• On-call duty after full training

Overview:
RPH on the Go is seeking a hospital inpatient pharmacist to join our team at a 25-bed critical access hospital. This role involves filling medication orders, overseeing technician-prepared products, and maintaining pharmacy security. You ll collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy and assist with training staff. NEW GRADS are encouraged to apply!

General Job Duties:

• Accurately fill and review medication orders
• Oversee technician-prepared products before release
• Ensure security of the pharmacy and controlled substances
• Enter orders and patient information accurately
• Assist with training new staff and daily pharmacy operations
• Update the Director on pharmacy activities

Equipment Utilized:

• EMR: CPSI
• Automated Dispensing Cabinet: Omnicell

Required Skills & Experience:

• No experience necessary new graduates encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make critical decisions
• Strong accuracy, timeliness, and computer application skills
• Effective verbal and written communication

Licensure & Certifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school
• Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing

Additional Information:

• May be required to cover outpatient pharmacy as needed
• Dress code: Scrubs or business casual
