Assignment Specifics:

• Full time
• 13+ weeks temp to hire
• Shift: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Duties:

• - Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
  - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
  - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy management programs
  - Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies
  - Monitor medication usage patterns and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient safety
  - Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving complex medication-related issues
  - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services

Requirements:

• BA in Pharmacy
• WI license current and active
• 5 years of pharmacy management experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations
