Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)

Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including technicians and cashiers.
• Manage Inventory: Ensure optimal procurement and maintenance of pharmacy supplies.
• Dispense Medications: Accurately prepare and fulfill prescription orders with attention to detail.
• Enhance Staffing: Oversee hiring and training of new pharmacy personnel to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Must hold a clear and active Texas pharmacy license.
• Experience as a Pharmacist-in-Charge is a plus but not required.

Additional Information:

• The pharmacy processes approximately 250-350 prescriptions daily, typically with 1 pharmacist and 3 technicians on staff.
