RPH on the go is looking to fill a leadership role as a Pharmacist in Charge, optimizing operations and enhancing patient care in a dynamic and professional pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize pharmacy operations and enhance patient care.
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy management programs.
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Monitor medication usage patterns and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient safety.
• Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving complex medication-related issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy
• Active and current Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and best practices
