PIC or Staff Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacy - Bryan, TX

RPH on the go is looking for a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) or Staff Pharmacist to join our specialty pharmacy in Bryan, TX. This is a 13+ week temp-to-perm opportunity with a focus on leadership and pharmacy operations. If you have strong management skills and experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, this role could be a great fit for you.

Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance, conduct medication therapy reviews, and counsel patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage compounding, dispensing, and patient counseling on medication use.
• Monitor drug usage and promote cost-effective prescribing practices.
• Stay current on new medications, regulations, and document pharmacy activities accurately.

Schedule/Shift:

• Monday Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• PharmD degree and an active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
