Job Details

• Role: Pharmacist-in-Charge
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Flexible; pharmacy operates Monday - Saturday. As the PIC, you ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily functions to meet business goals while ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in hiring and training of pharmacists and technicians.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations and support the professional development of the pharmacy team.
• Provide immunizations, injections, and testing.
• Monitor patient outcomes to ensure optimal therapeutic results and minimize adverse effects.
• Offer professional consultations to patients regarding their medication therapies.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional service to customers
• Ensure efficient prescription processing and oversee sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• BS or PharmD required
• Active/clear California license
• Previous manager/leadership experience
• Retail experience
