Pharmacist In Charge - Direct Hire - Lakeland FL

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a seasoned Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a direct-hire role in Lakeland, Florida. This opportunity is tailored for an accomplished leader with advanced knowledge of sterile compounding and a proven ability to manage high-performing pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise staff pharmacists, as well as pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production personnel.
• Perform detailed reviews of batch records and critical documentation to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
• Enforce local, state, and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations.
• Document and finalize Adverse Drug Event reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage recruitment, performance evaluations, and terminations with CEO/President approval.
• Support production by compounding sterile injectables and powders as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience.
• At least 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in sterile compounding.

• A strong leader with a keen eye for operational detail and quality assurance.
• Proficient in adhering to cGMP standards and maintaining compliance in a sterile environment.
