This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced pharmacist who is ready to take on leadership in a thriving pharmacy environment. You ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule in a pharmacy that operates Monday to Saturday.

Compensation:

• Pay: $72.00 - $76.97 per hour (based on experience, including prior management experience)
• Quarterly bonuses of up to $16,000/year (dependent on performance)
• Relocation bonus available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Nevada pharmacy license.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• High degree of initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills/Abilities:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under time constraints.
• Strong customer relations skills to meet customer needs effectively.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to different schedules to meet store demands.
