Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge for a direct hire opportunity at a retail pharmacy in Tonopah, NV. This full-time role requires a proactive leader to manage pharmacy operations, ensure compliance, and build positive relationships with both pharmacy and store staff. You ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy functions and aligning team goals with overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular updates on pharmacy operations to the Pharmacy Supervisor and Store Director.
• Maintain compliance with the labor model and adapt as needed to meet operational goals.
• Tackle complex pharmacy operational issues by implementing effective business solutions.
• Foster open communication channels between store staff and the pharmacy team to improve morale, increase awareness of company programs, and support company-wide objectives.
• Perform all duties of a Staff Pharmacist, including the preparation, dispensing, and sale of prescriptions and pharmacy-related products.

Requirements:

• Education: Pharmacy degree
• License: Active and unrestricted Nevada Pharmacy License
• Experience: Pharmacist Experience, At least 1 year of retail pharmacist management experience preferred
