We are RPh on the Go, the premier pharmacy staffing agency in the nation. We now seek a licensed CA pharmacist to fill an important Pharmacist in Charge position in in the LA area.
The responsibilities for this unique opportunity will include the following:

*Oversight of a team of Pharmacists and technicians
*Oversee the P&L responsibility for the lab and ensure the meeting of monthly output and financial goals
* Work with Finance and Operations in building a staffing plan
*Improve the efficiency and quality of digital, supply chain, logistics
*Interact with compliance team to acquire additional state licenses and keep current with regulatory compliance 
* Work with Sales team on training, field documentation, and on occasion participate in sales activities with veterinary clinics
*Process and review orders as needed
*Assure that premier customer service is provided for all clients

Requirements:
*Current and a clean CA license
*Minimum of 5+ years of Pharmacist experience
*At least 3+ years as a PIC with management experience
*Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience and proficiency with 797 and 800 USP standards 
*Both sterile and non sterile compounding experience
*Must have a collaborative, team oriented approach
