Location: Luck, WI
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy operations in Luck, WI. This is a pivotal leadership position that requires a proactive professional to oversee pharmacy activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy services, ensuring excellent patient care and improved health outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, guide, and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that pharmacy operations comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and meet accreditation standards.
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with healthcare teams to implement effective medication therapy management programs that enhance patient health.
  • Medication & Inventory Oversight: Oversee the accurate procurement, storage, and distribution of medications, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and enhance patient safety through process improvements.
  • Staff Support & Conflict Resolution: Offer expert advice to staff on medication-related concerns and foster a collaborative environment for problem resolution.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other departments to integrate pharmacy services into broader healthcare initiatives, ensuring cohesive patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Licensure: Current Wisconsin pharmacy license in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in pharmacy management, demonstrating strong leadership and operational experience.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership.
