Pharmacist in Charge- Hospital- Los Angeles, CA

RPh on the Go is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist in Charge to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a 2 month+ contract position and we are actively interviewing to start August 19th.

Shifts:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Overview:

• Main Duties will included but not limited to:
• Lead and manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to ensure a competent and motivated team.
• Develop and manage the department budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality patient care.
• The hospital order entry system is CPSI.

Qualifications:

• PIC or DOP experience
• At least 2 years of recent inpatient experience
• CA Pharmacy license
