Position Details:

• Location: Outpatient Pharmacy, Mena, Arkansas
• Pharmacy System: RX30
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements:

• License: Active and clear Arkansas pharmacist license
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of outpatient or retail pharmacy experience

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), overseeing all pharmacy operations
• Management duties: Ensure compliance with regulations, oversee staff, manage pharmacy workflows
• Pharmacist duties: Fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions, providing excellent patient care
