RPh on the Go is hiring for a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to oversee pharmacy operations in a high-volume, long-term care setting in Long Island, New York. This position offers an immediate start and an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy leader to join a dedicated team focused on exceptional patient care. The role involves managing all pharmacy operations on-site, with a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day pharmacy operations in a long-term care setting
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including accurate dispensing and record-keeping practices
• Supervise, support, and train pharmacy staff to maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality service
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a high standard of care, especially in high-volume environments

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in New York (required)
• 2-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) or Pharmacy Manager
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care pharmacy settings
• High-volume pharmacy experience, with strong leadership and organizational skills
