RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) for a full-time temp-to-perm position at a Compounding/Retail Pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with compounding experience who is looking to take charge of pharmacy operations.

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed on Weekends)

Overview:

• Prescription Volume: 250 RX/day
• Program System: ScriptPro

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations as the Pharmacist In Charge (PIC), ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee the compounding of high-quality products, ensuring the pharmacy meets USP 795 standards
• Manage inventory and maintain meticulous documentation
• Train and supervise a team, upholding the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Compounding Pharmacist is a plus
• Nebraska State license in good standing
• Strong knowledge of USP compounding guidelines and state laws
• Proficient with computers and detail-oriented with product preparation, compounding, and labeling
