Pharmacist in Charge Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy Holyoke, MA (Direct Hire)

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge for a direct hire opportunity in an outpatient specialty pharmacy setting in Holyoke, MA. This is a brand-new pharmacy, and we are looking for a motivated leader to build and lead the team from the ground up.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, Day Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the outpatient specialty pharmacy

• Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff

• Ensure seamless collaboration with hospital staff and other departments

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

• Represent both the pharmacy s contract partner and the healthcare facility with professionalism

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license in good standing (no board actions)

• Minimum 2 3 years of prior specialty pharmacy experience

• Preferred: Previous experience as a Specialty Pharmacy Manager

• Will consider candidates with strong specialty pharmacy experience and management experience from another setting

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to balance contract employment with in-house leadership expectations
