Pharmacist in Charge Part-Time (20HRS/ WK, M-F 8AM - 12PM) Bloomingdale, IL

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Charge for a part-time contract-to-direct hire opportunity in a new closed-door pharmacy in Bloomingdale, IL. This role will begin as part-time and expand to full-time as the pharmacy grows.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (Hours will increase as the pharmacy expands).

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup of a brand-new pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and have the pharmacy ready for inspections by April 2025.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, workflow, and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Pharmacist License.
• Pharmacy Manager experience.
• Ability to lead pharmacy setup and navigate compliance requirements.
