Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Staff Pharmacist Full-Time, Temp to Perm

RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or Staff Pharmacist for a specialty pharmacy in Bryan, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee pharmacy operations and provide leadership in a dynamic specialty pharmacy setting.
Assignment: 13+ weeks with potential for permanent hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervision of staff and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Provide clinical guidance and perform medication therapy reviews
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage the compounding, dispensing, and counseling of medications
• Monitor drug usage and promote cost-effective prescribing
• Stay updated on new medications, guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation

Job Requirements:

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmacist experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
