Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Retail Pharmacy Texas

RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a retail pharmacy in Sherman, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned retail pharmacist or a staff pharmacist ready to step into a PIC role.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Job Type: Temp to Direct Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations

• Handle PIC responsibilities, including inventory, staff supervision, and workflow management

• Verify prescriptions and counsel patients as needed

• Work with a small team (1 pharmacist, 1 technician, and a part-time cashier)

• Utilize the Liberty computer system

Qualifications:

• Retail pharmacy experience required

• Pharmacy management experience is a plus

• Active Texas Pharmacist license
