Pharmacist in Charge- Specialty- Lakeland, FL

RPh on the Go is searching for a PIC to add to our Specialty Pharmacy team in Lakeland, Florida. This is a permanent position and we are actively interviewing to start ASAP.

Hours:
9:00am 6:00pm M-F Full-Time

Essential Duties:

• Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff.
• Review of batch records and associated documentation.
• Understanding of the importance/impact of cGMP standards.
• Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms.
• Hire, monitor, and terminate employees as necessary with CEO/President approval.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements following local, state, and federal laws regarding the profession of pharmacy practice.
• Compound Pharmaceuticals as needed.

Requirements:

• FL Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years sterile compounding experience
• Minimum of 2 years pharmacy management experience
