Pharmacist in Charge (Sterile Injectables) Direct Hire

We are seeking a Pharmacist in Charge with expertise in sterile injectables for a direct hire position in Florida. This is a full-time leadership role for a professional ready to manage operations and staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise staff pharmacists and pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production teams.
• Review batch records and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Assist in the documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, monitoring, and terminations with CEO/President approval.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Compound pharmaceuticals as needed.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with sterile injectables.
  • At least 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
