The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Pharmacist in Charge, experience working in a compounding pharmacy, experience managing other Pharmacist and Technicians, and should be interested in taking on full time opportunity. Duties:

• Work alongside the executive team and other PICs to hone efficiencies and elevate production
• Build staffing plan with Finance and Operations leadership for projected growth
• Drive process improvements in partnership with digital, supply chain, logistics and care to improve both efficiency and quality 
• Process and review medication orders as needed; spend 50% of the role within the operation.
• Consistently deliver a delightful experience for our clients, with an emphasis on continuous improvement

Requirements:

• California Pharmacist License
• 5+ Years of Pharmacist Experience
• 2+ Years working in a compounding pharmacy

Annual Salary $145K+ Based on Experience
