We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Louisville, KY, in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have the necessary experience, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, First or Mid Shift, 8-hour shifts (between 8am - 7:30pm)
• Environment: LTC

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience
• LTC experience is a plus
• Experience with DocuTrack and Frameworks is a plus
• Kentucky pharmacy license required
