Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
RPH on the go is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a full-time direct hire position in St George, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills to ensure high-quality patient care and safety. This role involves dispensing medications, conducting medication reviews, and addressing patient inquiries to provide a seamless pharmacy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately fill and dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, verifying patient information and allergies before processing.
• Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR): Identify eligible patients, conduct CMRs, schedule follow-up appointments, and perform any necessary interventions.
• Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Controlled Substance Management: Maintain a strict system of accountability for controlled substances, syringes, and other pharmaceutical supplies.

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of South Carolina (clear and in good standing).
• 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred (retail, clinical, or other pharmacy settings).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
