RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time, 13+ week contract opportunity in Madison, WI. This role is in an inpatient hospital setting, offering a consistent schedule and no weekend work.

Shifts:
Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Provide clinical support to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and monitor patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Strong clinical expertise and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
