Are you an experienced Hospital Pharmacist seeking a new opportunity? We have a fantastic 13-week position in Cincinnati that combines meaningful work with a great schedule.

Position: Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus every 4th weekend
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Order Verification: Ensure medication orders are accurate and complete.
• Medication Reconciliation: Perform detailed reviews and reconciliations of patient medications.
• Consultations: Provide expert guidance on Warfarin and Vancomycin therapy.
• Renal Dosing: Adjust medication dosages for renal patients as needed.
• IV Compatibility: Check and confirm the compatibility of intravenous medications.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Must hold an active and clear pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist with a focus on inpatient settings.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Wellsky EMR is a plus.
