RPh on the Go is looking for a Hospital Pharmacist to add to our team in Township, Ohio. This is a temp to perm position and we are actively interviewing to start right away.

Schedule:
1^st Monday-Friday + every 4th weekend
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Overview:

Order Verification
Medication Reconciliation
Warfarin/Vancomycin consults
Renal dosing
IV compatibility

Required:

OH Pharmacist license
At least 2 years pharmacist experience
Inpatient pharmacy experience
Wellsky EMR experience preferred
