Pharmacist - Leave Coverage in Hugoton, KS

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to cover a maternity leave at a retail pharmacy in Hugoton, KS. This temporary position will run from December 1, 2024, to March 15, 2025. If you are a licensed pharmacist looking for a temporary assignment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Details:

• Location: Hugoton, KS
• Type: Temporary (Maternity Leave Coverage)
• Duration: December 1, 2024 - March 15, 2025
• Schedule:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Duties: Typical retail pharmacy duties, including verifying prescriptions, patient counseling, and overseeing pharmacy operations. You will also be responsible for filling the Pyxis machines, but this is typically limited to no more than 4 patients at a time, as the hospital census is usually under 6 patients.

Requirements:

• Pharmacist License: Active and clear Kansas Pharmacist license.
• Experience: 1+ year of recent pharmacy experience.
• Preferred: Hospital experience is a plus, but not required.
