Pharmacist - Louisville, KY

Position: Staff Pharmacist
Location: Louisville, KY
Contract Length: 8 weeks, with Temp to Direct Hire possibility
Environment: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts within 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Review and process medication orders.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy experience required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Experience with DocuTrack and Frameworks is a plus.
• Valid Kentucky Pharmacy License.
