Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Manistique, MI

Description: We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at an outpatient pharmacy in Manistique, MI. The position offers flexibility with 3-4 days per week for local candidates and a 5-day per week option for travel pharmacists, with assignments lasting 13 weeks or more. Our facility caters to a diverse patient population, spanning from newborns to the elderly, addressing acute needs, chronic conditions, and health promotion/disease prevention appointments.

Schedule Options:

• Local: 24-32 hours/week (3-4 days ongoing)
• Travel: 40 hours/week (5 days/week, 13+ weeks, extendable)

Essential Functions:

• Verifying prescriptions
• Counseling patients
• No vaccinations required

Program System:

• RPMS (Registration Patient Managing System)
• Scriptpro (Training provided)

Volume: 150-250 prescriptions per day

Professional Experience:

• Previous Outpatient/Retail Pharmacy experience
• New grads are welcome to apply

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
• MI State Pharmacist license
• BLS certification (must be obtained prior to start date if not already held)
