Assignment Specifics:

• Full time
• 8+ weeks
• Shift: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm

Job Duties:

• Order verification: check orders for therapeutic duplicates and appropriateness for dosing schedule; answer clinical questions from providers, verify home meds.

Requirements:

• WA license clear and active
• 1+ year or more of recent experience in a hospital setting
• HCS & Omnicell experience preferred but willing to train
