Pharmacist - Monday-Friday URGENT (8am-5pm) - Omaha, NE

Position: Full-Time Pharmacist - Temp-to-Perm (Compounding/Retail Pharmacy)

Location: Omaha, NE

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Closed on Weekends)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Pharmacist to join our Omaha, NE pharmacy on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment. This role will be part of a dynamic team in a busy compounding and retail pharmacy setting. While experience in non-sterile compounding is beneficial, it is not required as we provide training for those interested.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide pharmacy technicians.
• Accurately verify prescriptions.
• Handle a substantial volume of prescriptions, around 250 daily.
• Operate the ScriptPro system for processing prescriptions.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and effective communication with clinic staff.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking.
• Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred.
• Experience in non-sterile compounding is advantageous but not necessary; training will be offered.
• Must possess a valid Nebraska State Pharmacist license.

Additional Information:

• This full-time role is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
