Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team in a Compounding/Retail Pharmacy near Omaha, NE. This full-time, temp to perm position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work, making it an ideal opportunity for a professional seeking work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of pharmacy technicians, ensuring adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Prescription Verification: Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
• Compounding: While non-sterile compounding experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Customer Service: Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and clinic staff, addressing any concerns and providing guidance as needed.
• Multitasking: Manage various tasks efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy environment.

Qualifications:

• License: Must possess an active, current Nebraska State Pharmacist license with no negative history.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
