Pharmacist - Ongoing PRN - Santa Clara, CA

RPh on the Go is looking for a Outpatient Pharmacist near Santa Clara, California! This is an ongoing PRN position for 13+ weeks and we are actively interviewing to start ASAP.

Hours:
Mon- Fri (possible weekends)
Anytime between 8:00AM-7:00PM

Requirements:

• Active and Clear CA Pharmacist License
• Recent Pharmacy Experience
• Outpatient Pharmacy Experience a plus

Essential Duties:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions
• Oversee and manage the pharmacy's inventory, ordering and restocking medications as needed
• Provide information and guidance to customers regarding over-the-counter medications and health-related products
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and medication-related questions
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
