Pharmacist, Operations Manager Fairfield, Ohio

RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist, Operations Manager to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm position with an immediate start. If you are an experienced pharmacy leader with strong management skills, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Location: Fairfield, Ohio
• Term: 13 weeks, temp to perm
• Shift: 1st shift
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:30pm

Job Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations Ensure efficient workflows, timely prescription processing, and high-quality patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff Guide pharmacists, technicians, and administrative personnel.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures Improve efficiency and enhance patient care.
• Schedule and allocate staff Ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
• Evaluate pharmacy operations Identify and address areas for improvement.
• Promote a positive work environment Foster teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio.
• Pharmacy management experience, preferably in a retail pharmacy environment.
