Part-Time Pharmacist - Irvine, CA (8+ Weeks Assignment)
Shift: Days, 20 hours weekly
Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Our pharmacy in Irvine, CA is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a part-time assignment lasting 8+ weeks. The ideal candidate will hold active pharmacist licenses in both Oregon and California.
Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor IV medication therapy for patients in home care and other outpatient settings.
• Ensure effective communication with providers, patients, and associates to provide patient-focused superior accuracy, safety, and security.
• Provide patient consultations regarding the safe use and storage of prescription medications, relevant health factors, and respond to inquiries.
• Consult with prescribing physicians as questions warrant.

Requirements:

• Active pharmacist licenses in California and Oregon in good standing.
• Specialty or infusion pharmacy experience.
