Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Direct Hire Opportunity

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy
• Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• 5+ years of pharmacy management experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Pharmacy Operations: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency and patient care
• Staff Management: Oversee and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to all laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to implement medication therapy management programs
• Inventory Control: Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of medications
• Process Improvement: Monitor medication usage and implement safety measures
• Problem Solving: Provide guidance to staff in resolving complex medication-related issues
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services
