RPh on the Go has a contract position for a Home Infusion Pharmacist in Marshfield, Wi. This is a 13 week contract assignment.

Monday to Friday 
hours are 8-430pm or 830-5pm

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Infusion experience
• WI pharmacist license is clear and active
• CPR + preferred 

Duties:

• final checks of medication and supplies before they are shipped. 
• Interact with physicians to create compounding sheets
