Pharmacist Position Available in York, PA.

RPh on the Go has a contract position for a Home Infusion Pharmacist in York, PA. This is a temp to perm assignment.

Must be on assignment at least 5-6 months before going perm 
Monday to Friday hours are 9-530pm

Requirements:

• PA License clear and active NO NEGATIVE HISTORY at all
• 2+ years of recent inpatient or home infusion experience 
• Covid Vaccination
• Must be able to pass back ground and DT 

Main Responsibilities:

• Care Team Pharmacist
• work with techs
• Process Refills
• Talk to Patients and Caregivers
• Counseling on medication
• Complete assessments
• Lab Reviews
