Job Duties:

• Order verify, checking med orders, Basic clinical duties including kinetics, renal dosing, IV to PO, tech oversight and other formulary conversions.

Requirements:

• Inpatient hospital experience.
• Strong clinical experience.
• Indiana pharmacy license.
