Pharmacist PRN Coverage Rowland, NC

We are seeking a flexible PRN Pharmacist to support coverage needs across three community/retail pharmacy locations in rural North Carolina. All locations are within a 15-minute radius of each other. Ideal for pharmacists seeking part-time, semi-retired, or flexible work options.

Term of Assignment:
PRN (as-needed coverage for three locations)

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM 12:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed

Responsibilities:

• Perform core retail pharmacist duties

• Verify prescriptions

• Oversee pharmacy technicians

• Provide patient counseling

• Administer vaccinations (as needed)

• Manage varying prescription volumes (150 350/day, depending on location)

Requirements:

• Active and clear NC State Pharmacist license

• BLS certification

• Certified Immunizer

• Flexible availability to support various shifts as needed

• Experience with Computer RX or Transaction Data Systems preferred (not required)
