PRN Pharmacist - Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM) - New York City, NY (Near Central Park)

Position: PRN Pharmacist
Location: New York City, NY (Near Central Park)
Term of Assignment: PRN - Saturdays (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) for ongoing needs.

Pharmacy Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Overview:
The ideal candidate will work every Saturday from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The Staff Pharmacist will perform duties as directed by the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC). Responsibilities include:

• Supervising all pharmacy technicians, students/interns, and pharmacy support staff.
• Ensuring strict adherence to professional policies and procedures.
• Dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring proper instructions are followed.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Pharmacist license (current and in good standing with no negative history).
• Previous experience in Retail, Mail Order, or Specialty Pharmacy is required.
• Pioneer RX experience is preferred.
• New graduates will be considered.

Working Conditions:

• Constant standing or walking required.
• Manual dexterity needed for sustained periods.

Salary: Up to $60/hour.
