Overview:
A top-tier specialty pharmacy in Fort Myers is looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join its growing team. This is a low-stress, full-time role in a retail + compounding environment. You ll work alongside an experienced team of technicians no compounding required on your part.

What You'll Do:

• Review and verify compounded prescriptions (oral, topical, sterile & non-sterile)

• Ensure compliance with USP 795/800 and state/federal guidelines

• Guide and support a team of seasoned pharmacy technicians

• Collaborate with providers to ensure safe and personalized therapies

• Maintain accurate records, batch logs, and compliance documentation

• Support new services and process improvements with the pharmacy owner

What We're Looking For:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)

• 1 2 years of experience in retail or compounding pharmacy

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Bonus: Interest in future leadership or management opportunities

• Bonus: Willing to obtain multistate licensure for expanded services

Scripts per Day: ~80
Support Team: 3 experienced techs (each with 10+ years under current ownership)
