Pharmacist Specialty Pharmacy Contract-to-Hire New York, NY

We are seeking a New York-licensed Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in a high-volume specialty pharmacy setting in New York.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, with every 7th Saturday.

Pharmacy Hours: Monday Friday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM 2:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Perform pharmacist duties as assigned by the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

• Supervise pharmacy technicians, students/interns, and support staff

• Ensure compliance with all professional policies and procedures

• Dispense and verify prescriptions based on prescriber instructions

Requirements:

• Active NY State Pharmacist license in good standing

• Experience in Retail, Mail Order, or Specialty Pharmacy

• Comfortable working in a high-volume pharmacy (800+ prescriptions/day)

• Able to stand for extended periods during shift
