RPh on the go is actively seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist in the Audubon, PA area. This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Overview:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patient health records to determine the suitability of home infusion therapy, considering factors such as medical history, medication compatibility, and infusion device requirements.

• Medication Preparation and Dispensing: Prepare and dispense intravenous medications tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring accuracy in dosage and proper infusion techniques.

Requirements:

• Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience.
• Sterile compounding experience.
• PA pharmacist license.
