Job Type: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am 5:30pm
Thursday 8am 5:30pm

Position Summary: As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide patient-centered services in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all legal and regulatory guidelines.
Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Monitor patient medication therapy, recommending adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all pharmacy transactions and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient safety programs.
Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
Active pharmacist license in the state of Kansas.
Previous experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in pharmacy management systems and electronic health records (EHR).
